TheGabrielShallRise
I'm not sure but here's a download link from the voice actor itself:https://shortcut-test2.s3.amazonaws.com/uploads/role_file/file_path/46321/OldMan.zip
EPDGaffney
Your files are mono. What about it is not working? Does it have the Y (L), like so?http://prntscr.com/ite3y3 I'm after checking my own mod and I can't seem to get any of the previews to play in the GECK, but everything works fine in-game. Try to set it up to work in the actual game, regardless of how it looks in the GECK. If you can't get it, get back to me/us. I spent a good hour trying to get these previews to play before I just loaded up the game, and it's been doing my head in, so I'll leave it to you for a bit. Here's the specs on one of my currently working .wav files:https://prnt.sc/itebzs And here's one of yours:https://prnt.sc/ited88 Looks good to me, so I would expect it to work in-game. Give it a try. TheGabrielShallRise
A little help?So I recorded the dummy files, generated the lip files but...As I was about to replace the dummy with the correct one all of the folders in the mod voice folder thing had the dummy voice. If you don't get it, I placed the dummy in Male Old 1 but as I checked the folders all of the folders had the dummy voice and those folders were not Male Old 1 A summary:Male Old 1 was the only supposed to have the dummies but...Everyfile in the mod voice folder had the dummy voice!Do I have to delete all of them, rename then repeat for hundreds of times for hundreds of lines? EPDGaffney
If this is a custom NPC, you should have made a new voice type. Did you make the NPC the subject or target of the conversation (with the GetIsID condition check that you are supposed to do with dialogue)? The NPC should be the subject. If you have no other mods, no voice files or folders should be there anyway, so you can delete them in that case, but it shouldn't matter as you almost certainly didn't overwrite anything. If you meant your own mod's voice files were overwritten, I'm very confused as to how that could have happened, but this seems to be your first time working with dialogue, so I doubt that you had hundreds of lines in there.
