why

why, enemies are always as fast as you? why they hit you out of weapon range? why game freezes their health when it's low and comes and kill you? why you sometimes, well often get killed when no one's not even shooting you but enemy's health is low?

anyone?

You're joking, right?

1.weapon range

The hitboxes are big. It works both ways: you hit enemies out of range as well.

2.Doesn't happen.

3.Doesn't happen. You just didn't see the arrow.

@Rennn: Yeah ... all that, sort of.

As for your issues, ScorpionHunter, it's not all necessarily black and white as Rennn indicated, but for the most part his observations are correct.

Weapon Range: I was eaten by a dragon the other day. He was, by my estimation, about twenty feet away from me. I was hiding behind a pillar and just stepped sideways to get in an arrow shot. He grabbed me, without moving forward, and, stretched out, he couldn't possibly have reached even the pillar -- and I was still behind it. I've encountered similar situations with a variety of enemies in Skyrim. I think the "reach" of weapons, including natural weapons, is severely wonky in this game, and I really don't think it has much to do with hitboxes. That said, the hitboxes are definitely too big. I frequently have clear misses with arrows that still wind up impacting the target.

Speed of enemies: Funny, this. Just about everyone in Skyrim is faster than I am on flat ground, regardless of my level or stats -- at least everyone I need to follow somewhere on a quest. As soon as we head up-hill, though, I gain and can easily pass them. I have no idea what's going on, here. Again, wonky.

Opponents not dying: What opponents? This is expected behavior for an actor who is set to "essential". There are some people you just aren't supposed to kill and the game won't let you. And, like Rennn said, there's always that arrow from that pesky archer you didn't even know was taking a bead on you.

Dying for no explicable reason: Were you poisoned? Were you taking DOT (Damage Over Time) in any way ... say, from a fire spell? You might not be actively under attack, but if you don't watch your health bar carefully you might not notice it creeping down slowly. There are "lingering health damage" poisons, for example, that can do small amounts of damage over a pretty long period of time.

not necessary archer I'm talking about, also I mean non-essential enemies, which with some miracle stop receiving damaga, once their health is very low, game seems to check players lv and enemy level - and it's already decided who wins before fight starts, I have like 280 hrs of gameplay, and if someone sees AI cheating - it's me. too bad about every game has this issue. But protecting NPCs? Bethseda jeez!

I used to be one of those people that always thought the AI was cheating... when I was a kid. I think you're reading too much into it. I've never seen an enemies health "freeze" and them not die. Perhaps they're blocking? I'm also pretty sure there is no check before the fight starts that decides who is going to win.

My suggestion is to rethink your strategy, obviously something you're doing isn't working. The game isn't that hard. Turn down the difficulty if it's too hard for you.

You should probably check your computer, and make sure everything's up to date, and make sure you don't have mods that don't work with each other, or any gamebreaking mods AT ALL, for that matter. If you have mods, disable all of them, and play again. If it's not happening, then it's a problem in one of your mods. If it still happens, or if you don't have any mods at all, you're probably lagging, or playing on too hard of a difficulty level. What difficulty are you playing on? If you're on Master, tone it down to expert, or even adept. I'm certain it's something that can be fixed by YOU. If the game, and its enemies were as broken as you say they are, other people would notice it, too. . . JSYK.

Scorpion,

I can attest to your problem with the near kill, though I can only remember it happening once to me. It was during a brotherhood quest where I had to follow the target all over the damn map. Couldn't kill him in the wild so I spent time saving his life over and over. Came upon 2 snow sabre cats at the same time. killed the first one just fine, but the second one just wouldn't die. took about as long to kill him with almost no health as it did to kill the first one and knock the 2nd down.
