DavidBudreck Posted January 19, 2018 Share Posted January 19, 2018 You have placed or updated a leveled list that is causing the extra spawn. First try looking at them to see if you can determine the culprit. Otherwise, try removing all spawn points in the chamber one at a time till you see an acceptable number of NPC's. Oblivionaddicted Posted January 19, 2018 Share Posted January 19, 2018 You probably modified a very used AI package by making the NPC's go to the imperial council. Open your mod with TES4Edit to see with AI packages you altered and in the CS use the right-click -> use info to know the number of NPC's who use this AI schedule. I just put a bed in chamber with peristence and npcs of the map pop in the chamber lol. You all nine cities watch, and citizen of other cities even cutted npcs pop hre.
