Is this Skyrim console command available ?

sorry for my bad english,
i need this certain console command, this is the list :

this is what i know :

1. open trading (buy or sell) menu to npc
npc.sbm

2. open trade like trade with follower npc
npc.openactorcontainer 1

 

this what i want to know :

1.open training menu
i have try :
npc.ShowTrainingMenu
but not work

2.send 1 kind items to other, like :
player.removeallitems npc
but only 1 kind items like : send just 10 leather to npc

3.sell item to npc,
just point number 2 but will increase my money when i send the items

 

4. open craft menu like

alchemy table, enchanting table, smelter, smith forge, grinding stone, tanning rack, workbench, and cooking pot
