TSpar62
Good afternoon,Playing FO3, happily... love it... got the stability and anti-crash up and running... this is so much fun it oughta be illegal...!Known Issue: 'setownership' command not working for me.Scenario: I took over 'Tenpenny Tower', killed everyone from Alistair on down to the janitor, seriously, me an' my crew wiped out every last living thing in there and now it's our pad... one problem, we don't OWN it... after all the hard work and rampant slaughter we can't 'setownership' on anything, especially beds...I have tried EVERY possible variation of syntax I can think up and nothing let's me own what I fought hard for...Any advice greatly appreciated.Thanx in advance,TSpar
JimmyRJump
The only reason why it wouldn't work is because you have the wrong reference i.d. showing when clicking on an item. Sometimes you need to shift angles quite a lot before the right ref i.d. shows. Shouldn't happen with larger objects, but often even beds can get "overshadowed" by walls or floors so that when you supposedly click on a bed, you still have the wall's/floor's reference showing. Another reason could be that the items you click on are static and integrated into the surroundings. Clicking on them will show the reference of the complete building instead of the item you want to hit. Click on surrounding objects all around you to see if the reference changes or not. Or, make a fresh save, open console, hit a bed and then enter markfordelete. Close console, quick-save and reload. If the building is gone, then you know.
