kyoharu1
Hi, I've started a playthrough some hours into game ago with an up-to-date modlist. After some performance problems indoors, I tried to load up the Skyrim Optimization Project. From there on I have a strange light emitting from my player, as if he wears a latern or something else (He does not, as seen in the picture). Did anyone has had this bug before? FYI: I thought the problem Might be wearable laterns or my lighting mods: relighting skyrim + ELE. However none has an impact. I think I corrupted my safe with a dubious script  Maybe it can be cleaned? I don't know... http://www.bilder-upload.eu/upload/9bfe7c-1516341358.png Edited January 19, 2018 by kyoharu1
JimmyRJump
Looks like the effect from a face-light mod. I'm using the Shining Face one and it adds the same kind of lighted aura. It can't be switched off but is replaced with the light from a wearable lantern and comes back when the lantern is unequipped.
kyoharu1
Thanks for the fast reply, but I don't have a face-light mod in my load order. Due to my incompetence of narrowing down the root cause, I deinstalled the Skyrim Optimization Project and used an old safe. However, I think something went wrong with the "travellatern" from the Waking Nightmare quest (Erandur/Vaermina). cheers
