VorlaHusian
In AD&D there is a spell called Magic Missile. It does very little damage but it hits 100% of the time. Perhaps someone could make a spell like that.

Alternatively, someone could add a perk to the Destruction skill tree that makes spells like Firebolt and Ice Spike auto-aim or seek their targets. Also a good idea, sir, though I like the idea of having a dedicated spell of pure force that seeks out it's target, even through obstacles, and does a little bit of damage. Imagine if you held the mouse button and once a second, for 5 points of magicka, a ball of pure magical force shoots from your hand and seeks out the target. When it hits it causes 5 points of damage. Duel casting would cost 10 points of magicka and release 5 missiles within that same second - one after the other - all seeking out their target. Targeting could be in two ways: 1) Once you fire the first one, while keeping the target in sight and highlighted, all missiles will seek out that target. The target would change when you stop casting or the target is dead. 2) You cast without a target and the missiles would seek out the closest hostile creature/NPC. Or you could have both forms
Eegxeta
Magic Missile 1d4 damage plus another 1d4 every two caster levels. Hits 100% of the time and there is no resistance to it. This is just off the top of my head. Edited April 2, 2012 by Eegxeta
VorlaHusian
Yes, sir, that's the one. It was plus one missile every four levels to a maximum of five missiles at level twenty. I thought my conversion is as close as I could get without being overpowered or useless.

Redoneter593
A spell that homes in on a visible and unobstructed highlighted target or a perk that allows certain spells to do the same. Same mechanic could also be used as a sort of spell/arrow attractor field that draws in spells and arrows that come close enough to be redirected to hit the marked target. Would basically copy the bullet magnet ability from Warframe into Skyrim.
Caerulean
It's doable but not exactly easy and will take skilled magic modders/scripters to pull it off. Currently, we have this - http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/72632. May as well just try asking the author for a simple magic missile so that we won't have to look elsewhere for homing spells. For some flashy magic modding, you can take a look at Hecatic Graea and other mods by elysees. (Hopefully I got the names correctly.)
SliverMulti
Why go for just Magic Missile? Why not see if someone is willing to apply a wholeSpell Tree of "Force"? Unrelenting Force could even be turned into a Spell under thisTree as well, so it wouldn't have to be "armed" as a Shout to be used.It wouldn't be hard to come up with the Spells either, since they are all able to simplybe Googled, then applied to Skyrim Physics & Calculations, then have Visuals added.A huge majority of the Visuals would easily be pulled from "Enchanted Arsenal"-typeCustoms. Just look through the "Violet" Enchantments & apply them to Casting &the actual Spell Effects.
