NPC's and Player Acting Like Mannequins- Requesting Assitance

I've been having this problem today when I loaded one of my saves, I just recently created a new character and I noctied something wrong. I had downloaded Alternate Life not to long ago, however I don't think this appears to have caused my problem. I typed in the command "showracemenu" and I made some modifications to my character and such. After that I started to notice some things that appeared to be off- my weapon wasn't showing when I unsheathed it and my follower wasn't attacking, nor were my opponents. Like and idiot I ignored it and found a way around it by holding down my 'R' key a couple of times.

After that I decided to create a new game (I'm horrible, I know.) I had went through the Alternate Life opening, however in the Character Creation menu I noticed that I couldn't turn the head and also my character was in the mannequin postion, again I ignored it and had the Vinilla Opening. I could still move around, however I couldn't use spells or shouts or weapons. I thought that this was something that would work its way out, but opening a vinilla opening my camera was in the wrong position. I used the 'Tfc' command to see where I was, and I somehow spawned inside the wagon, and the prisoners that were supposed to be there, weren't. So I tried this process again and got the same results. I went back to another save of mine and my character and all the NPC's around me were standing like mannequins, I could move and jump, but the NPC's and my follower could not. I tried this again on another save, same results. I changed my load order and I also deleted my saves that I used trying to fix this issue. All in all I think this all started because of the "showracemenu" command I used. Any ideas on if I can fix it? :')

The most common cause of t-pose is the use of Oldrim Animation mods in SSE. Or vice versa. It doesn't need FNIS to be involved.

But FNIS can help you find the cause. Simply run FNIS with the HKX Compatibility Check patch.

Yes, an animation problem would cause the T-pose, but there's more going on here. We don't have a load order, so there's no real way of judging what might have gone wrong.

My suggestion would be to start with the basics -- verify your game cache through Steam, and make sure that your game is up-to-date. If you've had updates turned off, then it might be a version issue. Many mods are built with the most recent issue of the game, and running an older one can cause problems.

Double check the mods you're running and make sure that you have all the required files you need. IIRC, SSE came with all the DLC, so you should be good there. However, mods sometimes require other mods to work. If you have all the requirements, then make sure your load order is right so that the parents (required mods) load before the mods which need them.

Good luck! :)
