Realistic skyrim (remove magic and more).

Something I haven't seen discussed yet...if you're going to remove magic, undead, vampires, and werewolves...what about Khajiit, Elves, and Argonians? Visually changing the races to human is doable, but what about the audio files referring to "cats", "lizards", and "elves"?

i think Pillars of earth conversion mod removes magic from skyrim but its total conversion mod not single overhaul

and its still WIP

 

its possible to make something like template of skyrim world without all kind of magic, creatures , quests... just empty world ?

As a modder I am going to make this really simple for you:

 

Play another game.

 

No, seriously, you are asking for something that is impossible in terms of removing key features of the game like magic (Quests broken, shouts are built into the game, NPC's which are vital are gone, Dragons would be near impossible to remove, races would have to be re-voiced, ect.) and unrealistic (per lore - are you guys seriously saying what is in skyrim is unrealistic because "we can't do it on earth?" This is not Earth, this is Nirn.)

 

If you don't like the lore of the game mechanics, play a different game. I suggest Farcry 3, or Fallout. Heck what your asking may even be easier to do in fallout since much of what you want is already done.

 

Now I don't know if there are dark ages earth setting games out there that are open world but I am sure there are at least dark ages games that are not.

 

As well many of the features being asked for have already been done, it would be up to you to get the separate mods and have them play nicely together (which many people have done.)

I'm looking for something similar, just uncommon magic.

Using a staff or casting a spell should require a specific perk. So no amateurs.

There is no more enchanted 'regular' gear (in both vendors and loot lists), only staves, uniques and artifacts.

Since the enchantment perks became almost useless, they should be replaced by staves/soul gems/automatons/scrolls creation and maintenance perks.

Soul gems are used only for crafting, can be filled with magicka, and magic items recharge themselves over time (based on enchanting skill, for this last thing there is already a mod).

I do have a diferent opinion about magic, for me its rituals, long preparations, etc. I grow up on BOOKShttp://cdncache1-a.akamaihd.net/items/it/img/arrow-10x10.png like Conan and Lord of the Ringshttp://cdncache1-a.akamaihd.net/items/it/img/arrow-10x10.png, where magic is more realistic, away closer to real world. For EXAMPLEhttp://cdncache1-a.akamaihd.net/items/it/img/arrow-10x10.png in Conans realm only few most powerfull mages in the world could summon a Dark Phantom, and it requaired thousands of rituals and weeks of preparations... In LotR only couple mages in the whole world could cast a fire ball, like Gandalf or Saruman. In Skyrim every second npc acts in combat like he spended his child hood in Mage College. That is wrong in my opinion.

removing magic would be kinda odd... especially if theirs a quest where someone uses magic XD. I guess you could remove all those quests and maybe make the colleges into castles with knights? Idk but A LOT of work for getting RID of a lot of content. Doesn't seem worth it to me, only if you REALLY want to Role Play?

Or make them out to be an esoteric cult that never lets you in.
