Fake enemy. Where is the enemy?

Good morning, first of all, pardon me for my bad English, I'm not familiar with the language, I'm using a translator.

There is an error in my skyrim that when I start to kill npc inside the city, the compass indicates a distant enemy out of town, so I follow to the red dot location, arriving pretty much in place, there is no enemy. Sometimes I try to talk to my followers and they do not respond because they are in battle mode by insulting an enemy who is not even close. Sometimes this happens even inside the houses when I am struggling, I also realized that this occurs more frequently in Whiterun and Falkreath. I suspected of immersive modification creatures, because sometimes before reaching the place, the red dot has a creature generated by close, but most of the time there is no enemy in the place. Only the mod I use to manipulate the behavior of enemies are these immersive creatures. I'm not saying that the mod is defective, I just wonder if anyone has this same problem, to help me eliminate the "fake enemy".

Lets for arguments sake imagine its a wolf, trying to get to you but between you and it is a bunch of bandits, undead, town guards...or somebody. So you run after said wolf, but by the time you get to it, its dead because the bandits, undead or somebody killed it. Actually happened to me last night. just outside Riverwood. If it starts happening more frequently I'll pay more attention too it. Maybe its a mod I don't know.

I make the test I carry a checkpoint any I follow until Winterun start to kill some guards, then I kill somes npcs until appears the distant enemy, I leave the city and I follow until the place.
