I don't know wheter or not this is the correct forum to place such topics. But anyway.

It looks great, are there also interiors ready? And are you going to release it for public when it's finished?

Perhaps you should apply for a place in the MEMod team, if they are still accepting members, they're trying to create Middle Earth in Morrowind.

No, this isn't the right forum for this kind of thing... I'm not sure if it falls into the topic of any of the MEMod forums, not as far as I can see...

Will move this to Plugins.

BTW, nice city :D looks great. I'm not a big tolkienite or anything though so I don't know how accurate it is :P but for sheer eye candy factor I give it a 10/10 ;)

1) The rock/cliff in the middle is way too smooth and even. And the texture on it needs to be much higher resolution.

2) A lot of your buildings look more like blocks than buildings. They need details, variation in shape, etc. Something to make them look like more than cubes with window spots.

3) You need more texture variety. No real city is going to be that even. You've got the right idea with some of the buildings with a different color roof, but all of them need to be like that. White stone everywhere is fine, but even that is going to have some variety. Different sizes, dirt/wear, etc. And stuff like windows aren't going to be simple cutouts, you're going to have a different stone pattern around them.

4) You've overused cloning a bit. Copying sections isn't a bad thing, but when you have two identical buildings right next to each other, it takes away from the reality of the image.

5) The tunnels in the rock are way too perfect. If they're bare rock, they're going to be irregular. If they're that even, they need a frame holding it up.

6) The city layout seems a bit odd to me. It looks more like you're trying to fill space than to create a city to be lived in.
