Non-numeric mod version triggers "Out of range" error in Install Order Dependency GUI

I encountered what I think is a new bug. It seems the application expects only numeric mod versions, even though some authors use alpha characters in the version. (For exmaple, SkyUI for SSE has version number "5.2SE".) This creates an issue when creating install order rules because the GUI treats the mod version as invalid input and doesn't save the install order rule.

A valid semantic version would be "5.2.0-SE"

You can attach any label you want after the dash but it has no influence on version ordering, so "5.2.0-SE", "5.2.0-foobar" and "5.2.0" would all be considered the same version.
