If you asked which of these were better Blender, 3ds max or Maya but were actually looking for painting programs, we wouldn't have the slightest idea what to recommend that would actually apply for what you need them (or others) for. There's no 'best' or 'worst' among them. They're all different. CorESPreader is for fast editing .esp files. You can copy, cut, paste records from a plugin to other, or subrecords from a records to other. For example, if you give tons of eyes to several races, you have to give one race these eyes with CS, then open the saved .esp with CorESPreader, copy and paste ENAM to other races.
