Crashing Outdoors on new save

So I've tried sorting this myself disabling random mods and running LOOT as often as possible but it still will guaranteed crash if for example I pick the camping option in Live Another Life. This extends to leaving a house such as Proudspire, it will crash either instantly on loading the next cell or wait ~30 seconds. Any help is appreciated.

Are u sure that all the esp's are in the 44 sse form and not in the 43 oldrim form? This did for me also a lot of trouble.

Thats good advice from Gorsha. If that's not your issue, I notice you have a lot of mods that require a lot of VRAM. What is your GPU and how much VRAM does it have? If it has less than 3GB, I think you might simply be running out of memory when you try to load into an outdoor cell.
