Evilbluekoala
Hi, I've made a piece of music which is sort of a variation-thing on original Skyrim music. It's part of some crazy idea I've already put before the girls and guys over at the modmaking section of this site, so I shall refrain myself from bugging you with it. This is solely to get some feedback, I'd like to see whether fans of the game appreciate this kind of thing. Enjoy (hopefully), and thanks for taking to time to listen to it. Here's to hoping you won't regret it ;).
ZephyrGames
It's great. The song is new, but at the same time still old. Love the intro. The only problem IMO is that it's too short. It's like three songs in one. The middle part should be longer, because after the song starts it ends quite fast. The intro takes about 30 secs, then the next part takes 30 secs, the horn part about 20 secs. This leaves only about 40 secs for the dragon tongue part. Evilbluekoala
Thanks for the feedback :). You definitely have a point there. The track is quite short and has quite a lot of different things jammed into it. This was kind of an exploratory thing so I'm going to try and make more elaborate pieces in the future. Xepha537
It's really, really good (if a little short)! But I'm more interested in how you made it? What is that? Software/VSTi/your own personal orchestra?
Evilbluekoala
It's really, really good (if a little short)! But I'm more interested in how you made it? What is that? Software/VSTi/your own personal orchestra? Thank you! It's made with VST's in Cubase. The choir and percussion are from eastwest: Symphonic Choirs and Stormdrum. The orchestra is Miroslaw Philharmonic and Garritan Personal Orchestra. So what you hear is interpreted midi, basically... :)
