Disable Update not working

I am unable to select "NONE" in the Vortex settings under update it just stays on the stable settings.

The program keeps updating to 13.5 from 13.3 that I am trying to use.

The Sims 4 will not run under 13.5 It is not able to deploy mods. Yes I have sent in error reports.

 

Anyone have any ideas so i can continue to use vortex till the Sims problem gets fixed whenever that happens to be?

Hrmm, sorry about that, seems to be broken in the ui.

 

You can fix it like this:

• Close Vortex
• Open a command prompt
• type

  cd c:\program files\Black Tree Gaming Ltd\Vortex

  (if you installed to a custom location, cd to that instead)
• type

  Vortex.exe -s "settings.update.channel=\"none\""

• start vortex again

Please make sure you type (or copy&paste) the vortex command exactly like that.
