Loaded up my game and eveything has reset and all my cloths and things i have stored have gone missing....Help im going nuts!

Save quit my game eveything was fine i installed this https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/28110 loaded back into the game and then for some reason all the cloths armor and cosmetic mods have dissaperad of my charictor and my dlc missions reset (never started any of them anyways so that part really dosent bother me) but its like my game had reset even though ive already done loads of missions litrely my head is spinning i dunno whats up

Are you sure you loaded your last save and not an earlier save by accident?
