When trying to build in Workshop Wearhouse and Concrete Textures Purple

So... the only texture mod I have installed at least that would effect workshop items is Texture Optimization Project. Everything works and look great except when I go to build in the workshop menu the warehouses and certain parts (namely the outside frame) of the concrete items are purple which I guess means its missing or otherwise corrupt. I'm running and Alienwear 15 gaming rig and I'll post mod load order below. If I can figure out which Texture.ba2 is corrupted I have vanilla back-ups I can plug back in to replace the moded ones but have no idea which file would contain those textures or if they may even be spread across multiple ba2s. I want to avoid reverting all textures back to vanilla if possible so Any advice would be appreciated.

You don't have any mods in that list that add/convert concrete textures, so it must come from a mod that has no plug-in (esp, esl or esm). Try re-installing the mod(s) that retexture building items, manually if necessary. Purple items means that the textures for those items aren't present in the game. This can be caused by an incomplete mod, or due to the install not having gone like it should. A re-install -manually or through your mod manager- often sets things right.
