Do you use DropBox? I can upload the mod there. I have version 0.4 of Evanpox' Crafting Goodies. It's a 1.7MB 7zip file downloaded 5 August 2016.

Looks like da Ripper isn't interested any longer. He's been on-line regularly, but never reads his private messages; kept on bumping this thread as if his life depended on it, too, but now there's an actual solution, nada...
