bbiller
Okay, just from reading about the first third of the post, it looks like something wasn't installed or has gone missing, so I'd say it's time to grab the newest version of NMM from the Nexus (yes, I know they want everyone on Vortex, but it's early yet, so it's not quite up to prime time, but it is being worked on). Once you've got hold of the new version, make sure yours is closed, run the new installer, and you will either get a repair or upgrade option; or it will overwrite files and hopefully add the missing pieces. Once re-installed you may need to point NMM to the mod storage location, Fallout 4's location, and the scripts section for the mods with installers. Hopefully this helps. JimmyRJump
Get the latest NMM (v0.64.3) directly from GitHUB. NMM is no longer supported by the Nexus and as such the latest editions don't appear here for download. As of v0.63.17 NMM supports esl files and as of v0.64 files larger than 2GB are also supported. TheBossk
I did as you said and installed it straight from GitHUB but I am still experiencing the same issue. Also I installed the most recent version of NMM and I didn't receive an option to repair or upgrade. Edited March 20, 2018 by TheBossk
AGreatWeight
Try installing NMM somewhere outside of Program Files.
