I've been playing this on PC since it came out and I've never come across any issue like this. It's not random at all, it happens on the quest where I'm trying to find the institute courser at about 52%. I've loaded the game with no mods and it works so it's an issue with one of my mods. After like two hours of trying to disable different ones I think it may be, I've got no luck. JimmyRJump Posted March 20, 2018 Share Posted March 20, 2018 A GPU with just 3GB of RAM is right on the verge of not enough when modding FO4. Give ENBoost a try. Not an ENB preset but a tool that makes the game use system RAM as V-RAM. Set the enblocal.ini to 12288MB of RAM use. Normally the calculation would be 16GB (system) + 3GB (GPU) minus 3GB for the OS = 16GB but I seem to remember that 12GB is the max. I'll update once tested (if anyone else has an idea feel free to throw it out there) Thanks Jimmy update: I may seem like an idiot here but in the .ini I see a setting for ForceVideoMemorySize=trueVideoMemorySizeMb= (is this what im setting to 12288?) I've also noticed that in my C:\Users\user1\AppData\Local\Fallout4 plugin properties every time I boot the game up its automatically setting it to read only, hasn't done that before either. Could that possibly be the problem? Dunno. I've done away with unscrappables at Hangman's in the past like there was no tomorrow, but I use the markfordelete console command. Anyway, I never ran into issues with getting rid of unscrappable stuff in any settlement I used, bar the occasional crash upon reload when standing too close to where I deleted things. Because, one thing you need to keep an eye on when deleting stuff is to go away a reasonable distance from the spot where you're deleting something. Like, run towards the promenade along the river before you reload the game after the deleting to make sure you're in a different cell. Also make a "New" save before the deleting and a "Quicksave" after, to be able to load the older save in case things go awry... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
