FPS drops to like 1-4

So I would assume I should probably go with my new save, I wasn't too terribly far other than making a few blueprints I put up on here.

 

I'm just not sure what it was that is causing this annoying issue darn it.

Indeed. I meanwhile forgot about the framerate drop.

 

Did you still notice that when loading your working save?

 

Oh, and another thing: when deleting things that aren't supposed to be deleted, at one point or another you will experience so-called LOD flicker thanks to pre-culling. Pre-culling is a fancy term for the game pre-loading textures that will be needed in a bit, but problems often arise when the game tries to pre-load stuff that isn't there any longer. Instead of loading the textures underneath of the deleted textures and because the game tries to render the invisible textures, the picture will flicker and the game will get huge see-through holes like sitting in a science fiction story and seeing other dimensions zap in and out of view.

 

Should this occur, install the No More Disappearing Act mod to counter such behaviour.

No framerate drop on either load, before it was like hitting a brick wall out of nowhere. Almost like an invisible line, which is why at first I was assuming a problem with that cell alone because I didn't have it anywhere else including a HUGE settlement I build and actually put up here as a blueprint (so you can see how much I had going on there)

 

I was also thinking it could've been a settlement mod causing issues because I had anproblem with the cell right by the dam in front of sunshine tidings completely loosing half the dam and all of the trees, rocks, building, sometimes even an immediate CTD. It ended up being a mod I had installed on abernathy farms conflicting somehow, took me forever to track down and fix. Only difference with that and this was the other issue would occur even on a new save whereas this one wont.
