So i am new to Nexus and pc modding as a whole for the most part i've managed to figure everything out but one minor detail that is bugging the crap out of me, I have fallout nv and i've been dabbling in what may or may not be a few NSFW body mods and I need help. Just to clarify the body/textures show up on the NPC just fine but for some reason they aren't showing on my player, i cannot for the life of me figure out why, no matter what mod or combination i try it doesn't fix it. Can someone please explain to me how or if there is a way to fix this?

It sounds as if you're using a mod which creates a custom body or body textures just for your player character. You might take a look at your load order with that idea in mind. I wish I could be more specific, but I'm not familiar enough with FNV mods to make specific suggestions.

I thank you for your help but it's a series of mods that alter the female meshes and textures as a whole, for some reason it is showing on everyone including followers but me. Even so thank you very much for your help, trying the load order to see if that can fix it.

Please see the wiki "FNV General Mod Use Advice" article for the things someone new to PC Modding in general or other Bethesda games in particular needs to know for FNV.

As pointed out, "load order" issues are the most common cause of problems. Second most common for "body replacers" is mixing incompatible body type meshes and textures. Please see the 'Issue: Body Replacer - Custom Body Types' and related 'Body Replacer -' entries in the wiki "Fallout NV Mod Conflict Troubleshooting" guide.

If that isn't enough to solve your problem, please provide ALL the information requested in the wiki "How to ask for help" article. Don't forget to identify things that do not appear in the "load order", such as NVSE and it's related plugins, texture replacements (specifically their larger image sizes: 1024x1024, etc.), and "post-processors" like ENB or SweetFX.

It may seem like a lot of reading, and it is. (It's an old game with it's fair share of problems.) But experience has shown that if you take the time to "do it right" up front you will have a much more satisfying time playing thereafter.

The likes of Type 3 are replacers so should replace the default wherever the default is found, that includes the player character, are you using a custom race? if so and it's not using the default meshes and textures then a replacer like one of the "Type" bodies won't be applied to it.
