search up SSE Fixes on nexus and apply it to your game, you'll see a solid increase in fps if you follow the direction listed in the comment section.

Also, if you want to increase fps, go into the game into Options and change the two features related to shadow to Medium, Lens Flare = off, Godrays = off and you will get more fps. I have the same video card that you have but fps are not related to how good your video card is, but other things too, like what I said, amount of mods, type of mods, if you have ENB will also affect and make you drop some fps, etc, etc ...

Use LOOT to sort your order. Are you using NMM or Vortex ?
