Also, if you want to increase fps, go into the game into Options and change the two features related to shadow to Medium, Lens Flare = off, Godrays = off and you will get more fps. I have the same video card that you have but fps are not related to how good your video card is, but other things too, like what I said, amount of mods, type of mods, if you have ENB will also affect and make you drop some fps, etc, etc ...
