Water glitch

So one day I was walking into Riverwood, and decided I wanted to sleep in at the Sleeping Giant. All is well like usual, but when I arrive at the Sleeping Giant, it turns out there was no porch, the stairs were there, but no porch. I guess they were doing minor renovations. Anyways, so I walked where the porch was supposed to be, and of course I fell through. But thats not the thing that freaked me out, I walked straight through the building and looked to my feet. The WHOLE ground turned to water, I mean EVERYWHERE was water. It kind of freaked me out for a second so I got out of there, but me and my friends just figured that when making the game, they would put water down, and build over that. Comment if this had ever happened to you or something worse. Fus ro dah my good friends.

Never had that particular thing happen. But the other day I was in a dungeon somewhere and was running backwards down some stairs while shooting ice spikes at a necromancer when suddenly i was "swimming" in the air. I had to run back up the stairs then run down them facing forward. I repeated it numerous times and every time I went down the the steps backwards it was the same, I would get the swimming animation and just float above the floor. There was no water anywhere in sight. It was odd.

I've had similar things. This is meant to be Markarth, and that bald floating head is my (usually not bald) character.
