I suggest you make a forum dedicated to this project using a "create your own forum site" there should be tons of them on the internet.

I think that you and your team could discuss better there.

PS: before you ask: I would love to join this project, but, I just don't have enough time, experience or a decent system to be a modder. (I will focus on getting good grades at informatics)

Free forum providers will be unnecessary, due to me being a trained and reasonably competent web developer. :)

I will be hosting the project as an extra token of support until alternative arrangements are made.

A production site has now gone live at

http://www.thecommonerprince.org

The site includes a feature-rich project management tool where team members can collaborate with maximum efficiency.

The site also has a fully fledged forum installed.

Anyone who wants to join the team can now also quickly apply via this form

Are you also going to make an afermath? I mean, when you finish the main quest in vanilla skyrim it not seems to look like it's over, you won't get a reward and the only difference you notice is that some guards might recognize you, that's it. Are you going to do anything about that?

Right now, I do not have plans to include an aftermath. The reason being, I'm waiting to see what kind of DLC Bethesda will be releasing. That said, I would eventually like to do an aftermath mod, at the very least some kind of acknowledgment from the people of Skyrim that Alduin is dead, or about who won the civil war, etc. We'll have to wait and see what Bethesda does first

How will the letter from Proventus in Act I get to the player? Some courier npc will deliver it?

Yes, a courier delivers the letter.

The courier arrives two weeks after you finish Before the Storm. If you complete all of Proventus' optional quests, you can move directly on to Bleak Falls Barrow without having to wait.

I know my way around blender, 3ds max, audacity, gimp and photoshop. I also have (limited) experience with the creation kit, and have modded smash bro's brawl a lot. To be precise, I made 2 comprehensive character editations that replaced the models and the moves. I'm not that great with original coding or ideas, but I can follow directions and use programs pretty well. I am also very competent at researching online. Is there any way I could be of service?

I can't wait for this.

Just a minor suggestion: In the Thalmor Embassy quest, you should be able to disguise yourself as a Thalmor agent if you're wearing full elven armor and if you're not an Argonian or Khajiit. Obviously you'd have a higher chance to go undetected if you're an altmer yourself and a very low if you're an Orc or Redguard and low for the other races. Stay away from the guards! Otherwise walking near any guard might get you a "Aren't you a little short for a stormtrooper" line.

I agree with all revisions now that I'm going through the main quest again, and it feels very underplayed.

You probably don't need any concept artist for this, but if you do, here's my work: www.ralphdamiani.com

Feel free to contact me!

@koechophe: I could definitely use someone with CK and 3D modeling skills. There should be a PM in your inbox.

@RalphDamiani: Just sent you a PM as well. We do actually need a concept artists to help with armors, weapons, new characters, world-spaces, etc.

As for the Embassy quest, I actually think the original game does allow for you to disguise yourself, though I've never tried it myself. According to elderscrolls.wikia.com:

"You can find Thalmor Robes in a room near the kitchen which will act as a disguise, making it easier for you to sneak around. Imperials, Bretons, Nords and Redguards can avoid detection at a distance, Dunmer and Bosmer can get closer, and Altmer can stroll around without question. This only works if you have no weapons, spells, amulets/necklaces, or rings equipped, and you do not attack anyone."

Just a quick reply.

The Thalmor Robes are supposed to function as a disguise, but this does not work, even as an Altmer. This is because only the Hooded Thalmor Robes have this effect. You can obtain one from the wizard upstairs. It is also possible to smuggle these robes into the Embassy and use them as disguise.
