Hey, anyone know what kind of issue this is? this issue isnt only on the pip boy. it's on sites on weapons and terminals aswell.. I had the issue before i downloaded the"pip-pad" mod so that isnt the issue. I can't understand what is causing this issue. I have the "right" load order of the mods i have. Anyone have any tips/solutions?

Looks like a game setting to me. Play around with the lighting, the occlusion and stuff.

I have tried that and it doesnt work. :( I think it might be related to another issue. If i have see-through-scopes mod ON i can't see through the scope when i DON'T aim down the sights. the texture is just black. its driving me nuts xD

I still think it's a lighting bug. Either from the game's settings or a mod that adds/does something with shinyness to armour or weapons or even a weather mod or an ENB preset. The black scope glass is a further indication, telling us the shine is so strong you get a black-out effect.

Interesting. It can be a ENB preset. i have Decent ENB on. I have tried with bloom effect etc but that didnt work. i will remove the ENB and see if it gets better

EDIT: I removed the ENB and it was NOT the issue. goddammit!
