JimmyRJump Posted March 29, 2018 Share Posted March 29, 2018 The obvious thing to do would be to check if the bug is still present when disabling mods that alter citizens bahaviour and/or speech. Also, when remembering at what point the bug appeared, check install dates of your mods and disable those installed roundabout the period the glitch started happening.
