ProjectVRD
Also helps if you tell us what version your Skyrim is, if you are using SKSE and it's version as well as a list of mods.

Jacina
ENB mods can slow your load times significantly (went up to 2 minutes from 5 seconds for my system) needless to say I'll need an upgrade before I deal with that on a regular basis
thompsonar
Do you have lots of applications and/or background processes running while you're playing? You should check your ram/cpu usage right before starting Skyrim, perhaps even while running it as well.
seanxx
Save file at 10 mb is getting a big big maybe for your computer, There was a mod on nexus about cleaning up items in the world to reduce your save file to a more manageable size but i cant remember the name. Try the Skyrim unofficial mod, http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=19details herehttp://forums.bethsoft.com/topic/1364672-relz-unofficial-skyrim-patch-thread-5/From that page it states "NPCs will no longer drop weapons or shields as separate objects, as these are never cleaned up which greatly adds to save bloating and litters the gameworld (the items will still appear to be dropped, but will access the corpse's inventory to be taken and be cleaned up with the corpse if left)Ash Piles, Ghostly Remains, Ice Piles and Wisp Cores will no longer permanently remain and bloat the save file (they will either disappear on exit of the cell or when the cell resets)Nirnroot glow objects will no longer stack, bloat the save and become blindingly bright; existing stacked glows will be removed" I dont know if it retroactively fixes save game bloats but.
