josh900
Yep, he's telling the truth. But like he said, doesn't have a clue to which parent he's related to. It'll make sense soon enough.
AurianaValoria1
Hey there, gaminggriffen...glad to see you are interested in joining the RP. However, would you mind adding a little more detail to your character sheet, especially in the areas of appearance, armor/clothing, and personality? mythicdawnmaster
^Indeed I have to agree with Auri here, it would indeed help me visualize and understand your character a lot better (and generally make things a hundred times easier for us all) if he had a good, solid character sheet.
DracoRazgriz
Hey guys, I'm just popping in briefly to inform you that I'll likely be returning to the Rp tomorrow. I'm sorry to have disappeared on ya, but I was away from home for a bit, had a close family friend over during the weekend, my regular busy schedule as usual or just completely swamped with other pursuits the last few days. After I get home from my pseudo-work (volunteering gig*) tomorrow at some point I'll read and get caught up with ToF. Again, my apologies on just up and disappearing like that. AurianaValoria1
Much, much better! Ideally, you would read the RP to catch up on events and get an overall feel of where we're going with the story - but I do realize it is a lot to read, so maybe just the last ten to fifteen pages? When you feel comfortable with posting, you can either start by introducing your character directly to the group or by starting Hawk on his own and meeting up with the group later. A link to the main RP is on the first page of the discussion. Edited March 12, 2013 by AurianaValoria1

mythicdawnmaster
Well... 'tis time to say goodbye to Mireth, i never could connect with her as a character... but hello to her replacement! I think for the time being we should just pretend she never happened (She never actually did anything, aside from speak a few lines when she first met the group again ;D ) Name: SiranRace: AasimarAge: 25Class: Harper AgentAlignment: Chaotic GoodDeity: Deneir and MililPlace of Origin: Appearance: Siran has beautiful, effeminate features about his face, often being mistaken for a young woman with shining platinum hair. His hair shines with an almost metallic quality as it hangs down his back and shoulders in silky tresses. Siran’s eyes are seductive and enticing, a soft, blue-grey, he differs from others of his kind in that they are not orbs of solid colour, rather, he has irises. Siran’s body is slender and thin, again adding to his feminine appearance, but his torso and midriff are well toned, with small, but athletic muscles. He has no bodily hair, and no facial hair, his skin perfectly soft. Siran is very long limbed and has large hands and feet, which seem to fit with the rest of him in harmony. He stands at 6ft2, and weighs about 146lbs.http://i1295.photobucket.com/albums/b630/mythicdawnmaster/c24b12c9-3e68-42d7-9a88-dde9e67645d4_zps6ee87ffd.jpg?t=1363479858Armor/Clothing: His most commonly worn outfit is a fine set, a cerulean silk shirt, adorned with silver embroideries and sapphire clasps, over this he wears a leather waistcoat in a darker blue, and around his neck a white cravat, tied in place with a cloth bow. Atop this he dons a long, azure cape, of the finest velvet. It bares a large symbol of a silver harp expertly embroidered into it with silken thread, featuring a grey-fox fur trim draped around his shoulders, and is fastened in place with a large, silver clasp across his upper chest. Tightly fitting black leather trousers wrap his thin legs, with brown leather boots on his feet. They feature a silver toe cap, and heel. As accessories go, Siran wears a Harpers pin on the right side of his shirt, that grants him magical protection. He usually wears a moonstone pendant around his neck, and a semi-transparent chiffon sash around his waist.Weapon: Ornate silver bow that is adorned with Sapphire plating, it has a sturdy bowstring, and is made of tough materials. His arrows rest in an azure quiver. He also possesses a steel shortsword for rare close-quarters encounters.Personality: Siran has a magnetic personality that draws people close to him, his words truthfully offer a promise of a loving friend and a caring individual. There is not an ounce of darkness within him, giving him a sort of innocence, despite the fact he has killed, and experienced much on the mature side of life. His words are soft, and his actions tender. He cares not for gender when choosing lovers. It would be hugely incorrect to state he is promiscuous or lustful, he much prefers to be a warm and comforting companion, offering soft embraces and honeyed words, than jumping into bed with those that interest him. He is fiercely loyal to those he considers friends, and would gladly die defending them, while battle is something he does not particularly enjoy, he will not shy away from it in any form. He believes hate to be a very strong word, and brands only the most diabolical with tags of hatred. One thing he cannot stand for is any kind of emotional or physical abuse inflicted on others, and hunts down evil and wrong doers as is the Harper code. He has an unquenchable thirst for art and music, knowing various songs off by heart, and collecting sheets of music to practice, he often purchases pieces of art by one-off artists, ensuring they find a place to be stored and viewed in protection.History: Siran was born to a Solar father, being a ‘New’ Aasimar, rather than a creature of diluted bloodline. His mother was a relatively poor woman, middle class at best, so growing up he did not have any kind of great fortune to fall back upon. As an Aasimar, he was viewed upon with suspicion, so life was not all sunlight for him as a young child. His attempts as being empathetic and kind towards the villagers in his town were met with unresponsive answers and shooing him away. It was only the local artist that took to him, offering him lessons in painting and drawing, and teaching him the art of cartography. Every time Siran visited the ageing artist, he was told tales of the Harpers, their quest of spreading art and culture, preserving earthly wonders, and using their potent charm to assist individuals. Such a way of life, travelling on the road, drew Siran towards it, and once he hit 16, he set off to live out his dreams. Being found by those he sought early into his journey, they took him in, and trained him in the arts of speech, and art it seemed that came naturally to him, and needed little practice. It was with his mentor he took up the art of the bow, and honed his skills with deadly precision. Having wandered over Faerun for many years, Siran is currently residing in the Dalelands, on a mission to preserve the culture he finds, and assist the people as need be. Having picked up the trail of the Cult of the Dragon, he intends to route them if given a chance.
