Norgold grabbed the coin between his index and middle finger, he observed the coin closely before he put the coin in his pouch. His pouch was magicly bind to him, so if he ever lost it, it will return to him eventually. Norgold had hoped that he wouldn't have to use the coin, or the others for that matter. He looked back at Rhaine:

"No, thank you my leg feels a lot better," Norgold lied, as he approched Destiny again, and patted his head. He quickly but painfully got on Destiny, hiding the pain from the others.

"Thank you." Nawen said as she took the coin from Rhaine. She read about these Coins of Life before back in the abandoned chapel where she used to live. She hoped never to use one though but Rhaine was right of course true. Underdark is a very dangerous place. She only hoped that her skills as a ranger and a scout will be useful and that no one will be needing to use these coins.

"I guess I'll scout ahead again." The drow said and started walking towards the exit of the small mining town. She hoped that their journey to the inn will be as uneventful as it was to Leilon.

Hazel looked at the coin and turned it over between her fingers a few times. She wasn't sure if she liked the coin or not, but she was sure she'd definitely like the coin if she ever needed to use it.

Ianthe held her own coin up above her head, observing the way the sunlight glinted off of it. She stuffed it in her pocket and offered her pouch to Hazel, who belted the pouch on her side and placed her own coin inside.

Rhaine remounted Angel, "Right then, let's go. Hyah!"

With a kick to the mare's flanks, Angel took off, galloping through the gates of Leilon.

Nawen had finally arrived at the inn. Just as she expected the journey was quick and rather uneventful. Unless you'd count that drunken man who was walking from the inn and singing about golden meadows.

"You two are quick." The drow said as she noticed Caladus and Byron and sat at their table as well.

"Nah, we left before ye did, tha's all," Byron stated, pouring Nawen a glass of Ale. "Here yeh go, fresh from the tap. The owner just brought it oot. Enjoy!" Caladus nodded and smiled at the Female Drow before reclining in his chair and gazing south again, watching for the othere.

Within the hour, the Green Giant Inn came into view, nestled at the foot of the Sword Mountains. As they approached, Rhaine saw Caladus, Byron, and Nawen sitting at tables outside. She smiled to herself. Only a ranger could beat a galloping horse to its destination.

She reined Angel in tightly, "Whoa, girl!" As the mare skidded to a halt, she dismounted and pulled the reins over Angel's head to lead her, "Now, where is this stable, Byron? We should see to the horses and then get moving. I don't want to be hunting for this entrance in the dark."
