tokyobiohazard
Ianthe peeked out from behind a tree, listening to the girl's story and tilting her head to the side. Her focus shifted to the water, and she dipped her bare feet in, her eyes following the swirls and ripples her toes created. Unable to stand still, she began to sway from side to side and sing to herself. She made up the tune as she went along, barely paying attention to what she was doing. AurianaValoria1
Rhaine finished her plate and set it aside, "Does that mean you wish to cross swords with me?"
BaldurAnthology
"Only for training. I wouldst like to observe the fighting styles of the Prime Material Plane, and see if they Differ from those of the Planes. Also, I wouldst usually be training after my meal back home, so I wondered if thou wouldst wish to train in a non lethal scenario?"
AurianaValoria1
Rhaine grinned, rising and unsheathing Touch of Death, the silver blade reflecting the purple twilight. She bowed, "I would be honored, Chosen of Tyr."Â She then dulled her blade with a shielding enchantment, to ensure no stray hits hurt Saerileth too much. BaldurAnthology
Saerileth rises, and likewise bows. She draws Carsomyr, and pulls out two charms. "Thy enchantment will not hold. This is Carsomyr, the Holy Avenger. It dispels magic. These have been found to lock the spell against her touch." Saerileth hands a charm to Rhaine, then presses her charm which already has the dulling enchantment within it to her blade, and stands there, waiting for combat to begin. "Whenst thou art ready, Chosen of Kelemvor, we shalt test ourselves."
Naktis
"Please, call me Nawen." She said and looked down at the remains of her food. She did not like to be addressed as a 'Drow' which most of the time was used as an insult rather than a name of her race but Saerileth could not know that... "This will be interesting to see." The ranger thought as she watched both Rhaine and Saerileth. She had to admit she was a bit jealous that both of them were chosen by Gods when she herself will never have that honor but life as a simple ranger has its own privileges that the chosen ones do not have. A black panther came out from the shadows and sat beside Nawen. "Well hello there, my friend." She said with the slight smile on her face and patted the panther's head to which the animal replied with licking her hand. Without waiting for the permission Sinn helped herself to whatever was left of Nawen's dinner.
AurianaValoria1
Rhaine let herself relax into a fighting stance, standing with one leg slightly forward and both legs softly bent. She focused on Saerileth, watching the subtle movements of the girl's muscles, attempting to anticipate movement. Meeting the paladin's eyes in hopes of grabbing her attention, she feinted to the left and then brought Touch of Death down in an overhanded arc, headed straight for Saerileth's shoulder. BaldurAnthology
Saerileth nimbly strafes to the side, and brings Carsomyr whirling around to strike towards Rhaine's neck, but changes mid-swing to go for her leg instead.
AurianaValoria1
The Doomguide brought her bastard sword back down, the blade whistling as it sliced the air and met Carsomyr, sparks flying. She whirled, robes swirling as she then thrust straight at Saerileth's exposed flank.
BaldurAnthology
Saerileth rolled away and brought her sword swinging around to strike at Rhaine's midsection. Her eyes took on the Steel quality they did when she was training.
