BoS turning Enemy after fast travel?

This is intermittent for me. I am starting the Shadow of Steel quest, where I have to meed Paladin Dance and go on the virtabird ride. When I fast travel to the police station the Bos at times turn enemy on my. If they don't do so at that time, the do when I am approaching the Prydwen.

I do not know why this to happen to me. I check the Cheat Terminal mod before, and the show up as allied. I know for a fact I have never attacked, or killed any BoS members before that point.

Is there an unknown targeting bug I am not aware of that might be doing this?

Are you by any chance wearing Power Armour with Tesla Coils or some other form of armour layer/add-on that causes harm to nearby people?

I almost never use Power Armor. The only armor add-on I have reflects melee damage back to the attacker.

I am using Tactical Flashlight's with the targeting, corps glow options. I have not read anything about that mod doing this, and I can't figure out why it happens.

I did read that some Power Armor's HUD can bug the final quest stage with the mechanist. I did run into that with Tactical Flashlight's.

Turn off the add-on that reflects back melee damage and see what gives.

Targeting options are known to turn NPC hostile. Maybe your flashlight works like that, or is based on that.

I will do both options every time I fast travel near known BoS sights.

I thought the flashlight mod fixed that but never know.
