Uncorpse
I am using the Hold The City Overhaul mod and it seems the LOD terrain is intersecting with the inside of the city meaning doors are underground and archways are too short to walk under. I put the Holds mod last in my load order so I don't understand why this is happening, Also MO isn't notifying me of any conflicts between mods. Algabar
LOD meshes should only be seen from a certain distance, they shouldn't block access to doors and the like. If you really got LOD within your city, you definitely have a mod conflict - and maybe other technical issues, too. If something's blocking a door, it's either not a LOD mesh/texture, or something is really messed up. If we're really talking about LOD (seen from a certain distance) not fitting together: This can indeed happen, if you use mods that add buildings or otherwise change the landscape. Solution in this case: Create custom LOD with either SSELodgen or Dyndolod.
Arthmoor
That's not a mod conflict, it's an engine bug that dates all the way back to Oblivion. LOD doesn't always load out of memory, especially on fast travel. They haven't even fixed it in Fallout 4.
