BaldurAnthology
"As I said, Take a seat, relax. Another operative will be here soon to help me investigate the castle the cult was in, but I am sure he would enjoy meeting you." He sat back down in his armchair, and steepled his fingers again. He looked at them pensively, the light making his silver cross appear to be glowing gold, and his glasses appearing to glow blue.
TheBestIdiot122
Logan's curiosity got the better of him, he picked up the box and unsheathed his knife from his belt. He quickly and forcefully jabbed the knife into the box top, and pried it open. He slowly removed the top to reveal a small letter. Logan raised and eyebrow, a small letter is a big box? What for? He grabbed the letter and set the box aside. Logan carefully ripped the letter open to reveal a neatly folded piece of paper. Logan sighed as he carefully unfolded the paper, but as he started to notice there was nothing written on the paper. "What the hell..." Logan muttered to himself as he set the piece of paper down. It was completely blank, he didn't know what this was suppose to mean. Then, he remembered and old trick back in the war. He looked around the table for the pencil he always carried around. As he found the pencil buried under lots of blueprints and papers, he held it sideways, and gently set the lead on the paper. He light scribbled the paper, covering each and every inch. He grinned as he saw the first letter revealed, then the word, then the sentences, then the paragraphs. As he finished scribbling, he set the pencil aside, and started to read. Logan ran his fingers through his hair in annoyance, he figured this was going to happen one way or another. He looked at Blythe, "It's Victoria, she left the country, but no-one knows where..." Logan began, as the trailed off, thinking.
mythicdawnmaster
Victoria sat down, and crossed her legs, she paused for a moment and said "You realize that this truce is not going to last? We have never been primary enemies, because the Templars have learnt to stay out of our corporate Arenas... maybe it could stay that way, but once the dragon are destroyed... well who can say." BaldurAnthology
"Not my concerns, as I mentioned. I only deal with field work. The politics are none of my concern. Can I order you anything from room service?" Anderson asks.

mythicdawnmaster
Victoria looked at Anderson and said "No, but is there anything i can get you? to say thank you? A watch... a car?... a house?" She said the last two half Jokingly, knowing she had the sums to buy the man a mansion, without batting an eyelash. Blythe's phone rang, the ringtone was ride of the Valkyries "Sorry... i'll get this." She picked up the phone and listened to the caller "Thank you... thank you sir." She said, and put it back in her pocket. "I've got a lead On Victoria... The Templars have called a truce on the Illuminati, for the protection of miss Oldwell from some cult... and based on what the newspapers have just published, she and her new Boyfriend got on a flight for Dubai." She said, looking at Logan.
Eddieawsome
The elevator ride was long enough for Marthan to regain his composure. As the elevator doors slid open he walked towards Anderson's room, he figured a attempt on his life and a murder were important enough for him to barge in. He knocked and slowly opened the door and greeted his old friend, "morning Anderson". He looked round to see to people, one whom he recognized immediately "and i assume you are miss Victoria? I understand both condolences and congratulations are in order" He said politely with a bow.
BaldurAnthology
"Donations to the orphanage are acceptable. You don't need to pay me. However, I advise ye not to go out and about without me there. I was sent to protect you. I ask you to come with me back to the castle while I search for leads. The more eyes around, the more likely to find clues. That way, I can keep an eye on you in case someone else tries to get you," He looks up and sees Marthan. He rises and embraces the man like a brother, crushing the man slightly. "Good to see you, my old friend. You seem rather thinner and upset than last I saw you, eh?"Anderson gestures, "Come, Sit! Talk!" He resumes his seat after shutting the door and locking it. TheBestIdiot122
Logan waited patiently while Blythe was on the phone, after she finished and he listened to what she told him. Her boyfriend?... Logan thought for a moment, but then remembered. "Raymond..." Logan said, in a angered tone, but continued. "It looks like I'm going to Dubai then. Wanna come?" He asked, as he was already packing his things.
mythicdawnmaster
Victoria only sighed at Andersons words "Wow, the Templars really want me safe eh?" She turned to look at the newcomer and said, one eyebrow raised "Yes, i'm Victoria, although i'm sure you didn't need me to tell you. Yes Condolences upon my Father, Congratulations upon my new power and bank account. Quite the predicament." "Of course i'm coming. I'll drive us to the Airport." Blythe replied, getting up.
