I have been reading a lot of stuff about not installing any game in that directory. I found out that Wyre Bash and SkyUI for Skyrim, requires to be installed in this directory but the game must be outside, in another folder ( like My Games ... for example ) in order for them to properly work.

If any of you are so kind to explain to me, the PROs and CONs about this please .... thanks

SkyUI, SKSE and other files make changes to the Skyrim.exe.

The Program Files folder is under the control of Windows User Account Control (UAC), a program that will prevent any changes to be made to any programs in Program Files.

Therefore, SkyUI, SKSE and other programs that make changes to the Skyrim.exe will not work when Skyrim is installed in the Program Files folder.

I know of no advantage to have any game installed in the Program Files folder.

Why do you think that Wrye Bash and SkyUI are installed in C:/Program Files(x86) or C:/Program Files? Wrye Bash is installed in the game directory and SkyUI is in the game Data folder and in NMM's default folder for mods just like any other .esp

The reason why it is recommended that your games be installed outside of program files; C:/Program Files(86x) and C:/Program Files is as M48A5 stated that Windows UAC is very touchy about changes made to program files. Many people get around this by running those programs as an administrator, it is just easier to install your games elsewhere and avoid the whole mess.
