Wyre Bash problems - "Dawnguard.esm could not locate Strings Files"

EDIT : I fixed the Localized Strings File error, I am attempting to create a Bashed patch for my leveled loot mods, and I am getting this error when rebuilding the patch

Your copy of Wrye Bash would have to be incredibly old to still be throwing errors like that.
