jwideman
I launch FNVEdit from Vortex and it's not using the order of plugins as set in Vortex. Additional weirdness: It DOES remove FalloutNV.esm from the active plugins.
jwideman
Nobody wants to respond to this? Even to tell me that this feature is half finished or something?
Grestorn
This would be a question for FNVEdit, not Vortex. Vortex just writes the plugins.txt, if FNVEdit is honoring that or not, is not up to Vortex. But there's nothing in Vortex that keeps FNVEdit from seeing the correct load order in plugins.txt.

No it isn't. I only used FNVEdit as an example. Except for removing FalloutNV.esm, it does not save the plugin order to plugins.txt.
HylianSteel
what version of FNVEdit are you using?
rmm200
Also note you don't have to run FNVEdit within Vortex. You can stop Vortex first, then launch FNVEdit the way you usually do. This is different than the MO way.

This is different than the MO way. Yes, it's just for convenience. Doesn't matter how I launch it though. Or anything else - pluginlist.txt doesn't match Vortex. jwideman
what version of FNVEdit are you using? 3.2.1.0, which is the latest AFAIK. Also, the latest LOOT, the latest Merged Plugins, the latest FalloutNV, and hell, the latest notepad.exe. They all show a different order than Vortex does. Grestorn
well, you can check it yourself, plugin.txt is plainly visible for you to see. Look at it and compare it to the list of plugins in Vortex. If there's a difference, you can post both a Vortex screenshot and your plugins.txt.

I'm not using it for FNV anymore because it wouldn't install several mods correctly, so I can't post a screenshot.
