stuck active spells

One mod that removes spells won't work. Removing all items won't remove them. I need to get the spell code to remove. I need to know how to use this command to get the spell codes. I need the console commands to get those codes. Does anyone know how to use this command to get them? Then I can use the remove spell command. Until then, i'm stuck. I can't find any more info on the subject.

You can remove spells through console command - player.removespell [spell code]. You can get a detailed of list of all ID #'s spell, player, items etc; at - http://vgstrategies.about.com/od/pccheatse/a/OblivionCodes.htm

000a9811 fortify agility from usep spell codes: not found

player.removespell 000a9811

"fortify agility not found"

GetActiveEffectCodes - returns an Array containing the effect code of each of the calling actor's active effects, in the order in which they appear in his active effect list. An effect code's index in the returned Array can therefore be passed to the Get/SetNthActiveEffectXXX functions to operate on its associated active effect.

(codes:Array) reference.GetActiveEffectCodes

How do I get that console command to work?? to get the right spell code. anyone?

FYI, I'v had to reinstall oblivion since it got corrupted.

getactiveeffectcodes won't work in the console. It returns an array, and the console has no clue what to do with arrays. You would have to write a script, that would then present the information in a book, or scroll.
