Plugins not sorted because of cyclic rules since beta update

Hello,

 

First off, love Vortex! I am using the beta version and I started getting the cyclic rules notice immediately after updating to the latest Vortex. When I click "More" it states that loot is reporting this cyclic rules issue, however, when I run Loot manually I don't get any message like that.

 

 

 

I have checked my rules and I don't have any manual rules related to the offending mods states in the error message.

 

 

 

I saw another post from a user and they stated they fixed their issue by removing a userlist.yaml file. However, I don't have that file, but I do have manual rules. The game runs just fine in spite of this but I am not sure what to do to get this message to go away. You will note in my screen pics that I have had these mods for some time and only started getting this issue after the update.

The "cyclic interaction" message refers to a cycle in the plugin rules (plugins tab), your second screenshot however shows the mod rules (mods tab).

 

However, in the current pre-release (vortex 0.15.0) it's possible the cyclic interaction error is misleading. This version of vortex is built on the newest version of loot which contains a bug where even without custom

rules you can get a cycle. This can often be solved by manually putting the compatibility patches involved in the cycle into the same loot group (new feature) as the corresponding main mod.
