[LE] What does this error mean default out of handle array entries?

Recommended Posts

I created a mod and all of sudden I am getting default out of handle array entries null handle created for pointer 35ea9040. Last week i was working on a mod and I finish making exteriors. Today i began working on interiors and noticed that some of what I previously added disappeared. I had added a bunch of caves and had connected them to their interiors. Then afterwards I made a bunch of interior spaces for more building i created. Then today as I was about to connect them I noticed the kit crashed. When i checked exterior spaces I noticed that many of them were deleted. However if I play the game those locations are still there unless I save the mod. Does this mean that i have reached a limit with my mod and now it will delete things if I add more to it. If this is the case is there a way I can break up the mod I am creating so that I do not lose work. I have tried to load back up saves but many of them seem to say that they were modified on the 08 but once loaded it will say it was modified on the 13th It was my original plan to make 3 mods which would have exterior, interior, and npcs . any help would be nice.

Yep, that's about the size of it. The limit includes any master files used by the mod, too. So every record in Skyrim.esm, for example, counts against you there.

You can try breaking up the mod in TES5Edit or you could try cutting down some of the mod's master files to the bare minimum. For example, if you've got Dawnguard.esm as a master but you're only using a single piece of furniture from it, you could create a copy of Dawnguard.esm that has extra stuff - like NPCs or interiors - removed.

since I have 2 other back up files of my modthen I should also remove interior world spaces of amy mod as I can simply reconnect them using them using creation kit in the future

I have a mod that has become too big for the CK. Yes, you need to use stripped down versions of the Skyrim.esm and/or the DLC esm. The quickest way to save a lot of space is to cut the worldspaces out of skyrim.esm. but only the ones you don't need to edit obviously.

BTW Have you got other mods being loaded as well as the CK - because with the Skyrim.esm + 3 DLC you can take any new esp/s upto 50mb before you run out of space in the CK.

I'm having the same problem, but I can't find how to strip the ESM's anywhere online... Could any of you explain this or link to a tutorial or something?

If you could, you'd be a lifesaver!

Use TESVEdit to delete worldspaces etc. Stick to the DLC first and only do Skyrim.esm if you have to. You can save the following space on the two big DLC:

Dawnguard 24mb -> 7mb

Dragonborn 62mv -> 1mb

If you have any difficulty PM me and I'm sure we can arrange something.
