pahaso
Hi, newbie here.I'm changing Arwen's Realism Tweak just a little bit to suit my taste better, and I can't find certain changes I know to be in her mods,1. AP regen (fAPrestorerate is 4 instead of her lower rate of 1)2. Arwen made Super Mutants tougher, but from what I see on Geck they have the same default stats.3. Some messages appear after leaving the Vault 101 notifying as what things were changed having me change tag skills a second time. I wish to disable them but don't know how. If someone would help, it would be much appreciated. Just in case, I'm modifying it just for my personal use. I appreciate modders for sharing their hard work and honor their efforts. On a side note, I noticed that multiplier for skills obtained at level up due to int is an integer. ie) for 10 int, you can get 10, 20, 30... skills but not 5, 8, 13 or others. Just curious, how do some mods set it to half int? Edited May 5, 2012 by pahaso
MichikoUnknownFox
1. I don't understand the question. If you can't find this part of the mod, it's in Gameplay -> Settings at the top menu (along with File, Edit, View, etc.). If you're saying that fAPRestoreRate is set to 4 even if you know Arwen's mod is supposed to set it to 1, then another mod may be modifying it later. I think FWE and other overhaul type mods will do that, if you have those. 2. No idea. 3. The messages are very likely from a quest. I don't have the mod, but you may want to look at whatever quests are set to become available when you get out of Vault 101 (or when you finish the CG quest). I haven't noticed any mods that added half INT to skills so far. Instead of editing the multiplier, edit the base (iLevelUpSkillPointsBase), so you can get it more accurately. That way, 10 INT = 9 additional skill points per level (that is, if my source is completely accurate). Your base of 11 + 9 = 20 skill points total per level, which is what vanilla looks like if I'm not mistaken.
