Weapon plugins and .esl

I have trouble when try convert plugin with weapon to .esl, weapon lost animations and have broken model like this:

 

  Reveal hidden contents

 

Anyone have ideas how to fix that?

Not every esp can be converted to an esl. Esl stands for elder scroll light and can only be used for smaller, not too complex mods. Mods that have a lot going on and/or lots of different features will either not work at all or lose half of those features...
