bbiller
I will suggest check out my post "Need Some Help and Issues with some tools" (or close to that) page 2. There you will find an exported list of my mod list. Check where Spring Cleaning is in mine and have yours in a similar spot in the load order (use the general load order guide on bethesda.net for how to organize them). I would also check on wheather some of those mods don't need the additions you have with them, check the mod pages for that info.

Algabar
In general: Don't play the "intro" with mods installed. If you use a mod organizer (which you should), create a "Vanilla" profile without mods. Use this profile to play through the intro sequence (pre war Sanctuary and Vault 111) and enable your mods after having reached the surface. The intro is heavily scripted and won't play nice with some mods.

JimmyRJump
In general: Don't play the "intro" with mods installed. If you use a mod organizer (which you should), create a "Vanilla" profile without mods. Use this profile to play through the intro sequence (pre war Sanctuary and Vault 111) and enable your mods after having reached the surface. The intro is heavily scripted and won't play nice with some mods.I've started new games with loads of mods installed. I started my current game with close to 700 mods; 285 plugins of which 254 were esm/esp. The rest esl. I must add that 90% of those mods had been used before, so, I knew more or less that they didn't cause any problems. That's why you better have a run where you add mods bit-by-bit until something goes wrong. That way, you know which mod(s) don't work well, either with the game or with other installed mods. Using mods is always trial and error, so, use them with caution and don't add dozens of mods in one go. Regarding a load-loop: it isn't exactly a loop, but in fact the game (i.e. RAM) stops loading the game for some reason, while the music and load animation continues as if nothing is wrong. You can always try ENBoost to make the game use system RAM as V-RAM, but bad RAM optimalisation is what lies at the basis of odd frame rates and occasional crashes. The so-called loops are often caused by RAM not flushing as it should and new textures simply aren't loading. The RAM not flushing has been an issue ever since Bethesda introduced in-game streaming instead of direct render to show textures. This was done to alleviate stress on the GPU, but it sometimes leads to soupy textures as RAM doesn't flush properly. You also might want to start using LOOT (Load Order Optimalisation Tool), if you don't already. It's not a magically fix-all, but it sure helps. Just make sure that mods which need to be loaded last are added at the bottom manually again, as loot often adds those plugs way higher up the load order. I see you have True Storms and Vivid Weathers installed. Make sure these two are compatible.

audiodef
Hm, I should add the info about not playing through the vanilla intro in my modding guide. jastblaff, I have a player modding guide that might be beneficial to you. If you are going back over everything step-by-step, I'd like to invite you to try using my guide. It's linked in my sig, and you have multiple options of how to view it. It's quite long and involved, but I have tested it thoroughly using my own setups. Best of luck! Having a long-but-stable mod list can be a bit challenging, but totally worthwhile.
