fustru
I've reinstalled my game since the game crashed to desktop a lot after i've altered the INI, i loaded mt game and it was dead . . crashed instantly, so now i've reinstalled it and i want the most stable game i can have, i'm having instant crash to desktop and another syndrom when the game freezes then i get a white screen . . and sometimes even blue screens ><so do the ENB's increase the chances or are they generally stable ? Arthmoor
No idea, since I don't use stuff like that, but I've read around that ENB isn't compatible with Patch 1.5.

jet4571
ENB increase the work load of your video card. Yes they can cause the game to crash or your whole computer if your video card cant handle the extra work. No need to reinstall the game because of a bad ini file. just delete the ini and start the game via the launcher and a new one at default settings will be added. SkyrimSneakFan
By the way, does anyone know why I don't have a skyrim folder in the local folder?
Mangaclub
What ini file did you edit? If you edited your skyrim ini they are located at Mydocuments/mygames/Skyrim/ The ENB inis are in your skyrim main folder called enbseries.ini and enblocal.ini.this page is a good start to understand how it works: http://wiki.step-project.com/Guide:ENB
