is there any tool to test weapon attachment?

hi, sorry for my bad english,

i like modification weapon parts in this game,

then i wanderer,

is there any tool or software or android / ios app, or anything else

who have feature : change or attach or de-attach weapon parts?,

i not talking only about fallout weapon, any other weapon is acceptable too

i prefer 3D, but 2D is still ok
