cuam
i've been having really odd flickering going on whenever i press escape in-game. specifically, it seems to be flickering between the current background image and a background image in the past, either at the beginning of the last play session or arbitrarily. for example: if i load up the game, load up a save file and press escape, i get flickering between the actual background image and a black screen (https://imgur.com/a/B8YNzyj). if i reload the same save file and move around a bit, i flicker between the screen i initially loaded to (https://imgur.com/a/JcvhkrI) and wherever i'm looking at (https://imgur.com/a/e9uH2fK). i only have 2 mods installed right now (alternate start and removing the startup bethesda logo), but the problem persists even with no mods installed. it still happens after verifying files through steam, and also after cleaning up the main .esms via LOOT and SSEEdit. application-determined vsync is disabled and handled by nvidia control center. AA is also disabled. i'm kind of at my wits end here. researching the problem has come up with little answers; the only people i could find with even the same issue were people with AMD cards several years ago. if you have any suggestions i'd really love them, i just want to play the game... specs: windows 10 pro 64bit intel i5-3570k @ 3.40 GHz 8192 RAM 2 GTX 760s in SLI modwatch: https://modwat.ch/u/cuam/plugins Edited May 28, 2018 by cuam
LeddBate
Shot in the dark here. Check your resolution. For some reason I can't figure out, Win10 once changed my resolution. It might have been a win update issue. Was sure annoying because I had to manually reset my resolution for not only Skyrim but several other applications. (VLC, for example.)
