After installing update 1.10.89, I tried to play the game and I just got the error message "Application Load Error 3:0000065432."

I tried everything suggested on this page: https://help.bethesda.net/app/answers/detail/a_id/32406/~/what-do-i-do-if-im-getting-error-3.0000065432-application-load-error?

Noe of these suggestions worked.

Any new ideas after those all failed?

Try updating your .NET framework and/or GPU drivers. Just a wild guess s that error code can mean anything from an interfering Anti-Virus program to wrong drivers... It's basically a code to say "someting's wrong but we don't know what exactly".

Neither of those suggestions worked. Anything else you got?

The hell is the exe?

The executable, like in, Fallout4.exe. The executable contains all the launch and version info, so, that's all you need to swap game versions regardless of the rest of the files.
