I recently followed this guide for modernizing Morrowind: wiki.step-project.com/Guide:Morrowind, and for some reason, I keep getting errors. I also installed mods after the required guide mods. I added a load order of current mods installed.

One error is it can't find topics in the dialog, but otherwise runs fine

there are more error messages that deal with dialogs, variables, and objects. And to my knowledge, I installed them all correctly.

I'd really recommend running mlox. Take the time to read its Messages pane. And after fixing those issues update your load order.

Few things jump out at me:

TR_Mainland_1709_hotfix4.esp

TR_Mainland_1709_hotfix5.esp

You only need Hotfix 5

Mournhold Overhaul v2.0 - no NPC's.esp

Mournhold Overhaul v2.0 - NPC's.esp

Pick one

Atmospheric Plazas - IlluWind.ESP

Atmospheric Plazas.ESP

Atmospheric Plazas - WG.ESP

Pick one

NX9_Guard_LGTrib_patch.ESP

You're not running Less Generic Tribunal

Nexus Mod Manager is not the way to go apparently.

NMM never has been the mod manager one want to use for Morrowind, instead use Wrye Mash Stand Alone (WMSA) and most people are using Wrye Mash (the original Wrye Mash vs WMSA versions) these days.
