Randomly Can't Sprint?

At ~level 47, after clearing out Dunwich Borers, I just couldn't sprint. I could before visiting there, and I've done the following to try and fix it:

• Pressed caps lock (im not that dumb)
• Added "fPlayerDisableSprintingLoadingCellDistance=0" to all .ini files in the Fallout 4 folder in Documents
• Loaded previous saves, at the start of the game, and points throughout
• Done the aforementioned save loading, but without mods
• "recycleactor"
• "player.getav actionpoints", which returned my actual AP, not 0
• Slept
• Remapping the sprint key
• Fast traveling
• Entering and exiting Power Armor

I have no status effects, and positive SPECIAL attributes (7 STR, 6 END), 165/175 AP, and I have a couple mods on the Fallout 4 integrated mod system, and most others on NMM. My AP works fine using VATS. I've tried so many solutions but to no avail. Please help?

Can you sprint when in god mode? Are you over-burdened? Did you pick up a disease?

I don't think I can tgm in Survival. No, my weight is far below my carry limit. And no, I have no status effects.

 

EDIT: I just tried to tgm after switcing to Very Hard. Still can't sprint

 

EDIT 2: Also, my compass now displays enemies and locations unlike in Survival, even though I am in Survival. This occurred after I reinstalled all of the mods. The compass issue fixed itself?

Hi

 

I get this sometimes when my character is wearing armour that enhances sprinting & jumping.

 

Also Cross Jetpack can cause this as well.
